  1. Log in to your account 
  2. Click “Manage Subscriptions”
  3. Within your active subscriptions, select the product you would like to adjust
  4. Select a new shipping date for your subscription

To add more of your product, adjust the subscription quantity set to ship in your next shipment:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click “Manage Subscriptions”
  3. Within your active subscriptions, select the product you’d like to adjust
  4. Select “Quantity” and use the “-/+” buttons to adjust to the new desired amount



To add new products
to your subscription shipment:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click “Manage Subscriptions”
  3. Click “Add a product”
  4. Select the product you wish to add to your current subscription(s). They’re available to add as a one time or ongoing subscription!
  5. Confirm by selecting “Add a product”

Of course! To swap out your current product for a new one:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click “Manage Subscriptions”
  3. Within your active subscriptions, select the product you would like to swap
  4. Select “Swap product” button found on the bottom of the screen
  5. Choose your new product 
  1. Log in to your account 
  2. Click “Manage Subscriptions”
  3. Within your active subscriptions, select the product you would like to skip
  4. Scroll to the bottom and select, "Skip this order"
  5. Confirm the skipped order and new order date and submit!
  1. Access your account login page here 
  2. Click “Forgot Password”
  3. Enter the email associated with your subscription account and click “Forgot Password”
  4. If you entered an email associated with a subscription account, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Although we’ll be sad to see you go, we’ve made it super easy to cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to your account 
  2. Click “Manage Subscriptions”
  3. Within your active subscriptions, select the product you would like to cancel
  4. Select “Cancel subscription” button found on the bottom of the screen
  5. You can resubscribe anytime!
