Cafe Manager:

You ensure consistent, amazing guest service and the regulars know you on a first name basis. As the Cafe Manager you oversee product inventory, ordering, hiring, employee training, employee development, scheduling, product quality, customer communication and safe work practices.

Requirements:

2-3 years of retail management experience

Food Handler's Certification

Ability to work holidays and weekends

Flexible schedule, willing to work over time when necessary

Strong communication skills

Exceptional leadership skills

Thorough understanding of tea complexities, flavors, equipment and brewing methods

Thorough understanding of Excel spreadsheets, Microsoft Office programs, and email

Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver's license

Shift Lead:

  • You are a natural leader and exude positive energy! Each day you arrive early to work with a can-do attitude and a passion for helping others. You love to solve problems and anticipate what’s coming next. Coffee is your second language and spreading your love for this craft comes effortlessly!
  • As a Shift Lead you will assist the management team in executing daily store operations during scheduled shifts. In addition to fulfilling normal responsibilities  of a barista, you will ensure daily operating tasks are completed in a timely manner, assist in opening and closing duties, and be held accountable for reconciliation of the POS and cash handling.
  • You will ensure overall adherence to Alfred company standards in the areas of beverage preparation, quality, store cleanliness, and organization. You serves as a role model and resource for all other staff, and must be able to effectively problem solve and make important business decisions in the absence of the Assistant Manager and Cafe Manager.

Requirements:

2-3 years experience retail management experience preferred

Food Handler's Certificate
